We endevour to give value for money at this club, you sign up to play bowls and play bowls you sure can.
Games are organised on both Wednesday and Friday afternoons with a 1.00 pm start,entries in by 12.30, playing 2 rounds of triples by 8 ends each. There is a good attendance of both ladies and men at these events. Teams are drawn and a modest entry fee is charged mainly to cover prizes. This runs all year round, we do have winter bowls at our club.
The 3rd. Wednesday of each month we play the Gibson Triples, the format is a 10am. start with 3 games of 10 ends. Again a mixed event with teams drawn. Entries by way of a starting sheet posted in the club a couple of weeks before.
In Summer you have to bring a lunch but in Winter lunch is provided.
All club members can play Mid Week bowls.
