Competition Rules

Whanau Mixed
 Restriction of NO Players who have represented at Nationals level
from U16s/18s Grades , Opens Grades and up to and including
Over 40s Grade over the past 3 years (Since 2022) allowed in the

Whanau Grade
 6 a side
 3 Males and 3 Females on the field at all times
 Boys of Under 12 years of age may substitute for a Women on the
field

 Games to be 12 min halves with a 2 min Halftime when the season
commences then pushing out to 15 min Halves later in the season
when there is more daylight.
 Restricted to the first 12 teams entered.

Social Mixed
 Restriction of 2 players per team only who have represented at
Nationals level from U16s/18s Grades , Opens Grades and up to
and including Over 40s Grade over the past 3 years (Since 2022)
allowed.
 6 a side
 3 Males and 3 Females on the field at all times
 Games to be 12 min halves with a 2 min Halftime when the season
