MySquash Information

We’re excited to let you know that MySquash is now live along with the new national grading system.

You can set up a MySquash account for free right now and view where you sit on the new grading list powered by SquashLevels. You can also access a range of resources such as our monthly The Boast magazine and Squash NZ TV.

You should have received a welcome email sent to your email address that is registered in iSquash inviting you to set up your MySquash account. Please check for this email, open it and click on the ‘Set up account’ button.

View our MySquash account set up guide here and watch our short video guide here before getting started.

If you haven’t received your email and it’s not in your junk folder, please email [email protected] with your first name, last name, DOB and correct email address. They will update your profile and resend your welcome email.

If you have already set up your club Hello Club/Frello account, use the same email address to sign up to MySquash and your accounts will be connected.  You will be able to switch between your club account and MySquash by the profile toggle on the top right when you’ve completed your MySquash registration.

If you are graded, you will still need your iSquash account this season where you will register for tournaments and view your interclub draws as per usual. If you require any updates to your profile information in iSquash such as updating your email address or contact number, please contact:

Jen Moorhead, [email protected].

MySquash will be the only place you will be able to view your grade, level, match history and statistics. In 2025, you will access both competitions and the grading list from MySquash only.

Watch our short video guide for using MySquash here.

If you have any issues creating your MySquash account please view our help videos and guides here. If you are still unable to register, please email [email protected]
