NZTFI AFFILIATION MODULE REGISTRATION

We are an affiliated module to NZTFI (the national Tag governing body) as ALL players registered to Tomarata Module must register via the Game Day Links in order to be fully registered to the Tomarata Module.

TRANSITION PERIOD 2023 / 2024 SEASON

Unfortunately for the 2023 / 2024 season, our module had already received most registrations through Sporty (historic registration links) prior to receiving our Game Day links and therefore to be fully registered to NZTFI and our module players are asked to complete both the module registration through Sporty and the NZTFI required registration through Game Day.  BOTH REGISTRATIONS ARE COMPULSORY TO BE FULLY REGISTRED TO THE TOMARATA MODULE and therefore affiliated to NZTFI.  This is a temporary measure just for this season in order for our module to comply with affiliated rules.

TO REGISTER IN GAMEDAY

  1. Follow the Game Day Player Link 
  2. Enter in the code associated with the team you play in (Team Code List)
  3. Pay the $20 National Affiliation Fee (NAF) at time of registering against module in Game Day . (Please see letter attached as to what the affiliation fee is for).  This fee goes directly to NZTFI and is SEPARATE this season to the $20 Junior Player fees and $30 Senior Player fees we charge for running the module.  If you have already paid our module fees or are yet to pay you will also be required to pay the $20 NAF separately.

NATIONAL AFFILIATION FEE

The $20 National Affiliation Fee (NAF) is a one-off annual fee for the season.  If you play at other affiliated modules or tournaments, you will not get charged again for it.  If you have already paid the NAF at another module or event, then it should not ask you to pay again.

PLEASE IF YOU HAVE EVER REGISTERED IN GAME DAY BEFORE (for a Tournament or Module) please select existing member to not duplicate records in the system.  If you have already this season registered and paid for a NAF fee please also select existing member to ensure you are not charged another NAF fee which NZTFI have said are not refundable if any mistakes are made.

So to try and make it clear.  To play tag this season:

Juniors - $20 Junior Fee (payable to club) and $20 NZTFI National Affiliation Fee (payable to NZTFI) = $40 for the module season

Seniors - $30 Senior Fee (payable to club) and $20 NZTFI National Affiliation Fee (payable to NZTFI) - $50.00

NZTFI TOURNAMENTS

In order to play at all NZTFI Tournaments such as Nationals and Oceania, players must have completed the registration in Game Day for Tomarata prior to registering for the NZTFI Nationals or Oceania tournaments.  Players must play and be registered in Game Day at an affiliated module to play at a NZTFI or ITF Sanctioned event.
