The incorporation meeting of the Nelson Classic Motocross Club was held on Wednesday July 1st 2009 and the Club name changed to the Top of the South VMX Club incorporated as part of this process as it was felt to better describe the Club and it's supporters.
The Club was formally accepted for Incorporation on April 19 2010.

The Constitution and Rules have been accepted and are on the website for member reference.

The current Committee are:

Secretary: Brad Richards
Committee:  Brydon Hay, Kirk Hay, Dan Shallcrass, Brook Heslop, Grant Ellis, Simon Routledge, Craig Ingham.
