Everyone in Our Club Will...

• Respect the rights and dignity of others

• Treat all people fairly and kindly

• Represent the club positively – in person and online

• Value fun, learning, and effort, not just winning

• Speak up against disrespectful or unsafe behaviour

Players Will...

• Play by the rules and respect umpires

• Be a team player – support and encourage others

• Be on time and give their best at trainings and games

• Communicate positively – no swearing or arguing

• Take responsibility for their actions on and off the court

• Win with humility and lose with grace

Coaches & Team Managers Will...

• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment

• Encourage effort, improvement, and enjoyment

• Communicate clearly and treat all players fairly

• Prioritise wellbeing over winning

• Respect umpires, players, and fellow coaches

• Model good behaviour and fair play

Board & Committee Members Will...

• Act with integrity and in the best interest of the club

• Be transparent, inclusive, and ethical in decisions

• Support volunteers, coaches, and players

• Address concerns fairly and confidentially

• Promote a culture of belonging and respect

Spectators & Supporters Will...

• Cheer positively and support good play from all teams

• Let coaches coach and umpires umpire

• Never use abusive or negative language

• Stay in spectator areas and follow venue rules

• Be great role models for all players

Breaches of this Code

May result in a warning, suspension, or further action by the club, depending on the seriousness of the behaviour.
