Volleyball Otago offers a competitive league for clubs and teams to play competitive volleyball right here in Dunedin. This league runs throughout the winter months, being played on weeknights over 8-10 weeks at the Edgar Centre. The level of volleyball is competitive yet fun, with a great atmosphere among teams.
Season Dates
The season will run a total of 10 weeks from Tuesday 11th June - 9th July (5 weeks). No games will be played the following two weeks (16th and 23rd July). The season will then resume on 30th July - 27th August (5 weeks).
Entries
The cost of entry for the 2024 season is $390 per team, payable prior to the commencement of the season.
Refereeing
Teams will not need to do duty as Volleyball Otago will supply referees. Paid work is available as a referee of the Winter League, if you are a regionally qualified referee (or higher) and wish to be paid to referee this league, please get in contact with our operations manager at: [email protected]
