🏐 SGHS MAINLANDS FUNDRAISING TOURNAMENT – ENTRIES OPEN!

Southland Girls’ High School has applied to Volley South for support to hold a fundraising tournament under the Volley South Fundraising Policy, and we’re pleased to confirm that the application has been approved.📄 Volley South Fundraising Policy - CLICK HERE 

Volley South will support SGHS by running the volleyball side of the tournament from start to finish, including the entry system, draw and tournament delivery, while the SGHS players and their families will run their fundraising activities on the day and compete.

The goal is simple: help the SGHS volleyball students raise funds to get to Mainlands in Christchurch in February 2027!

🏐 Open Male & Open Female divisions

💰 $360 per team

🏆 Best of 3 sets – rolling games

👥 Limited team spaces available

🥇 1st Place Medal + win your $360 entry fee back + prize pack

🥈 2nd Place: Half your entry fee back – $180 + prize pack

🥉 3rd Place: One-third of your entry fee back – $120 + prize pack

And there will be plenty happening off the court too!

This is a great opportunity for school, senior, adult, and community teams to get together for a day of volleyball while supporting our young athletes.

Volley South will be promoting the tournament through our school contacts, Andrea's school volleyball networks, adult and community teams, Volley South databases, community leaders and social media channels, with SGHS also promoting through its school community.
