We are totally dependent on volunteers to enable our teams to exist. These volunteers are parents, teachers and members of the community and fill roles such as Coach, Manager, Ref, Logistics and so on. Wairarapa College will assist existing coaches to develop their skills through working closely with the relevant Wairarapa Development Officer/Manager and assist new coaches to get established. We will provide mentoring, resources and funding to get the right people into the right teams and roles so that our kids get the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits sport brings in a fun and safe environment.

Whether you want to coach, manage or you can spare on hour a week to keep an eye on a social Touch team, for example, PLEASE VOLUNTEER. Alternatively, give me a call on 027 3599749 or pop in to the office for a 'no obligation' chat to learn more!

Thanks in advance for your support.

Upcoming Registrations for T1:

Registrations are now open for Volleyball, Touch and Archery.

The College has an excellent relationship with Cape Physio who run a clinic on Tuesday mornings at WaiCol. Anyone that injures themselves playing sport is strongly recommended to book-in for an assessment with Davide, as early treatment often prevents ongoing problems. Davide will complete the ACC paperwork at your first session and sessions cost $10, which is very good value. Bookings can be made by seeing our Nurse on Monday mornings. Non ACC injuries can also be treated but rates are significantly higher - see the Sports Co-ordinator for more information if this applies to you.
