Waitaki Wahine

Waitaki Wahine are a women's rugby team that are based in Oamaru, North Otago and play in the Dunedin (Otago) club competition. 

This team has been running for 6 seasons and changed from North Otago women's to the name to Waitaki Wahine to gain a sense of identity. 

Players are able to be selected to play for Otago and we have had many players represent Otago in the Farah Palmer Cup from Oamaru
