TRADE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
This year our Annual Show will be held on Tuesday 12th November at Dallison Park, Waverley – we very much look forward to seeing everybody there for what will be a fun and busy day.
Our Trade Exhibit site applications have now closed via this website.
If you would like to enquire about booking a site please phone Leeanne Morrison on 027 324 0294 to discuss what sites are still available.
If you have booked a site you will be contacted shortly with your site number, and invoice for payment (unless paid online) and more information.
Each year we endeavour to keep our Trade Exhibit site fees as low as possible to enable businesses and groups to come along without a substantial cost – we appreciate your support each year and hope to see all of our sites full and enjoying the day.
Terms and Conditions are as follows:
Site size options
- Small (suited to cottage trades/small groups) Approx 6sqm - $20
- Large (suited to commercial trades) Approx 12sqm - $40
- Double sites are available – please indicate your requirements, we will contact you to discuss and confirm availability and the cost
Site Allocation and Marking
Sites will be allocated by the Show organisers, if you have a request for a specific site/area please advise, we will confirm site numbers once applications have been received via our website.
Cancellation
If you are not able to attend our show and have already been allocated a site and invoiced, please cancel as soon as possible as we often have more applications than sites.
Any payments made will be refunded in full if the cancellation is received prior to the Show day. We will confirm your cancellation has been received.
Public Liability
We recommend that exhibitors carry public liability insurance and personal insurance cover for their own property.
Advertising
As we are a small local show we rely on sponsors to help with our costs, we ask you to indicate whether you are happy to be contacted before the Show Day to potentially be involved in local media print advertising. This would be at a cost to you, to be discussed at the time. You are not required to commit to or participate in this if you do not wish.
Logo and promotional information
We are using our Facebook pages and Website to promote our show and all those who support us as much as possible. We ask that you supply us with a high resolution .jpg file of your logo so that we can add it to our pages for promotional purposes, along with any print media promotion we may arrange.
Best Trade Exhibit
Each year we award a Sash and Cup to the best Trade Exhibit of the Show – please let us know if you would like any more details about this.
Payment Options
When you register via our website to book a site you will be given the option to pay online with a credit card or using the POLi payment system. We are not able to accept cash or cheques and we do not have eftpos facilities at the Show. Please let us know if you have any queries. Alternatively you can register without paying and an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
We would appreciate payment 1 week before the day of the Show.
The Waverley A&P Association is not GST registered.
