The Incorporated Societies Act 1908 requires every incorporated society to have a set of rules.  This written set of rules is the Wellington Regional BMX Association Incorporated's Constitution and is the base document for running the Regional Association.

The Wellington Regional BMX Association (WRBA) Constitution is however entwined with the Constitution of BMX NZ, of whom we are a member club, and therefore these rules must also be considered.
