Club Youth 9s champions crowned for 2024

 YOUTH CLUB

U16 Wainuiomata Lioness

A great display of talent at Wise Park over the weekend, where we had 6 clubs represented over 3 grades. 2 new champions were crowned in 2024 with the Wainuiomata Lions U18s beating reigning champions, Victoria Hunters in a lop sided affair.

The U16 Randwick Kingfishers Gold team also dethroned last years Ben Matulino Cup winners, the Porirua Vikings in another tight contest after playing to a draw in their pool play encounter.

The Wainuiomata Lioness U16 were crowned inaugural holders of the WRL U16 Girls Cup, after a back and forth match against the Randwick Queenfishers.
