Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

for West Auckland Association Football Club

We hereby advise that the AGM for West Auckland Association Football Club (WAAFC) will be held on Thursday, 26 November 2020 inside the WAAFC club rooms, commencing at 730pm.

All members are invited to attend.

Nominations for positions in 2021 shall be called for and accepted from the members present at the AGM.  No member shall be eligible for election to any position unless he or she is present at the meeting or has sent in written consent to act.

Retiring officers and members of the committee shall be eligible for re-election. Members must be present at the AGM to vote by show of hands, voice, or secret ballot.  Members shall record their vote for the full number of candidates required to fill any office.

This meeting is called in accordance with the requirements of the WAAFC constitution which is available on the WAAFC website.

Clubroom Hire

If you, or someone you know, would like to hire the clubrooms for a function then we are more than happy to help. It is a great venue for groups of up to 100 people, and we are flexible as to what days you can use it.
