Teams  Teams will consist of 2                                            competitors from the same school.

Schools may enter one or more teams.
Croquet is not gender specific; Teams may consist of all girls, all boys or mixed.


Competition
1. Golf Croquet Doubles Competition
2. 13 point games. 1 hour time limit per game.
3. If scores are tied the next hoop in order will        be contested to determine the winning                team.
4. The method of play will be based on                    providing a full tournament’s play for                  competitors. Players will be notified at the          start of the tournament which method will          be used.
5.  Hoop dimensions will be 311/16 inches.
6.  Up to four doubles combinations may                come forward from this event to contest the        NZSSSC National Secondary Schools                Championship.

Intro-Croquet workshops will be held in Blenheim, Kaikoura, Westport and Nelson during terms 4 and 1 where students can learn and play Golf Croquet in preparation for this competition. Details are available in the Croquet NZ Secondary Schools Programme or by contacting The Croquet NZ Sport Development Officer & National Coach who will be in attendance.
