The NZ Men’s Evergreen Softball Tournament has been a legendary fixture in Aotearoa’s softball scene since 1942, with Whangarei first entering in 1984. We even had the privilege of hosting the tournament right here in Whangarei, thanks to the efforts of Tom Edwards!
Now in 2025, our Whangarei Men’s Evergreens team is heading to Invercargill, keeping the legacy alive! 💪
🦅 Coach: Andrew Currie – continuing the Evergreen legacy of his father, Roy Currie.
🦅 Manager: Tina Cachemaille-Beattie – leading the team with expertise and dedication.
🦅 Scorer: Jade Caulfield – ensuring every play is accounted for.
