How to affiliate

Step 1 - apply to become an affiliate

• download, print and complete the application form: Application form
• email the application form to: worldpowerlifting.nz@gmail.com

Step 2 - review by our Executive Committee

• our Executive Committee will review and approve
• our Secretary will send a contract to the applicant

Step 3 - agreement to be signed by applicant

• applicant to review and sign is accepts the terms and conditions of the contract
• applicant to retain a copy and post the original to our Secretary
• pay $65.00 affiliation membership fee

Once an applicant has signed their contract they can then submit requests or bids to host events.
