The Waitemata Rodney Region Transition

In accordance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and the national direction of the New Zealand Pony Club Association (NZPCA), our organization has officially transitioned from an "Area" to a Region.

Effective immediately, we operate under the NZPCA Waitemata Rodney Region Constitution 2025. This update modernises our governance, clarifies the roles of our member Clubs, and ensures we continue to provide the best possible support for our riders.

Key Changes at a Glance:

• Official Name: Now "Waitemata Rodney Region Pony Club."

• Governance: The Region Committee is the governing body, focusing on supporting our local Clubs. There are no longer any districts, all branches are now clubs.

• Compliance: Fully updated dispute resolution processes and officer duties to meet New Zealand legal requirements.
