To get just your school games choose the 13 Organsiations select filter and untick all but your school. Your games only will appear.

In standings use the slidiing bar to select Premier Boys or Premier Girls

You can select:

• Premier Boys or Premier Girls under Grades filter
• In Organisations, select your school and it will give all your school's games for the dates selected
• In Organisations, select your school put in dates for the whole season and all your games for the season will show

Below are some rules about rescheduling games. An important factor here is that at least 7 days notice is required, so fields, lights and referees can be cancelled and new details communicated.

1. Both teams will need to agree to change a scheduled fixture
2. Bookings/cancellations (i.e. rescheduling) need to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
3. Schools may agree and seek to play without lights on a school field, if not there are some catch up Fridays during the season, and priority should be given to rescheduling games to those dates (as fields etc will have already been noted as being required)
4. If HCC grounds and lights are required for a rescheduled game, the teams involved themselves will need to organise these and confirm through Karyn Walters at WAIBOP  karyn.w@waibop.co.nz, But these situations are considered to be a last resort 
5. There are very few available referees at these times so longer notice is advisable to ensure a referee can be appointed
6. Once all of the above agreed, and it is 7 days prior to rescheduling) complete the change of game form using this link  2026 WSSFA Premier Re-arranged Games | Cognito Forms
7. Do not just send emails to wssfa2011@gmail.com, but complete the form.

Any rescheduling of a game with less than 7 days notice (unless weather, or other urgent situations) will probably need to be a cancellation.

A copy of the form is sent to all concerned Catherine, Steve, Mathew and Chibby - hopefully that will be all that is needed.
