Our club will be seeking nominations for two special awards which, along with our Player awards, will be presented at our annual Prize giving.

Nominations open in July and need to be in by 6th August

Coach of the Year

Anyone wanting to nominate someone from our club should consider amongst other things:

- Their time and commitment to their team

- Training given/skill improvment sessions

- Coaching techniques

- Players overall enjoyment being part of their team

- Time, support and advice your Coach offered to other Coaches.

Brenda Read Memorial Award

Brenda Read was a former President of Cashmere Netball Club who sadly passed away after a battle with cancer.

Brenda worked tirelessly in her role as an administrator, coach and active fundraiser during her time with the Club.

Brenda’s family donated this trophy which is presented annually.

The Club now calls for nominations from people within the Club for this award, which recognises someone who goes above and beyond, actively working to benefit both the Club and players in any capacity such as Committee/ Coaching/ Managing/ Umpiring/ Fundraising etc.
