Sign in between 9.00 am to 9.30 am

Trials 9.30 am to 12.00 noon

Sunday 17th March - Afternoon at Hagley Park Courts

Year 7 & 8:

Sign in between 12.30 to 1 pm

Trials 1.00 to 3.00 pm

Based on guidance from CNC and Netball NZ, we have made changes to our trial/selection process for year 7 and 8 players.

Acknowledging that not all players enjoy a trial process, and some are more driven to play by having fun with friends rather than a competition, you do not need to trial to be placed in a team.

Future Ferns Year 3 to Year 6

No trials are held for this age group. The selectors will form each team based on players age, skills, school, and friend group information provided on the registration form. It is therefore very important to register as soon as possible, and provide all information on the registration form we will need to put the teams together. We will be in touch mid-March with your team allocations and coach details. Please see our webpage 'New to Club Information' which provides details on what happens from registration through to playing starting.

​​​​​​​Age Group (U14 - U19) and Senior Trials

7/3/24: Cancelled - we have insufficient numbers registered for trials, if you have already registered please check your emails as we have sent some communications out today for you as an update. We still need players to register to top up the teams we already have, so please continue to register at this stage.

Trials will be held 10th March from 9 to 12.00 noon depending on registrations received (if you intend to play for Club its important to register before 6th March). Please keep an eye on this website and our Facebook page for updates.
