Defaults or rescheduling. President, Max Walker is to be informed of any/all issues arising from matters of conflict. Where a Club cannot field a team eg due to Bowls Southland events, they must offer their opponent 2 dates (the week prior to the scheduled match and the week following the scheduled match). Should either of these dates be unacceptable, President to be informed to determine outcome.

Home and away games were popular and will be taken into consideration when draw is being compiled

Interclub afternoon tea is at the discretion of the host club

Over 60’s/ Thursday bowls, suggestion that this be named Thursday bowls, not age specific. Te Rangi prefer that their teams do not play each other in this category. This will be taken into consideration during compiling of draw. Georgetown asked that a representative from each team meet prior to the commencement of the season to iron out any points. Date to be determined.
