OCTOBER 10TH 2020 - LOVE TENNIS OPENING WEEKEND

  • Opening weekend coincided with National Love Tennis Day this year, which saw club members host 25+ members of the public who came along for a hit. Most of them being kids who enjoyed playing on the "hotshots" courts, as well as hitting balls from the ball machines . Some have already signed up for Wednesday juniors.
  • Carol and Helen came along with fantastic baking, and Neil kept everyone fed with snarla's and bread
  • The BBQ got a clean-up ready for summer and it was great to have the pavilion busy with cups of tea, balloons getting blown up and plenty of chatter.
  • Raewyn Heywood, and Janet Agnew from Northland Tennis also joined the fun and helped out keeping the kids busy and the chatter going.
