ENTER A SWIM MEET

Before entering a swim meet you will need your User ID and Password to log into Fastlane

Email [email protected] if you have not received a User ID and Password​​​​​​​ or if you are having problems logging in

Entering online

• Log into Fastlane​​​​​​​
  
  
• Scroll to 'Upcoming Meets'
  
  
• Choose 'View All Events' located below the dates. Scroll down page, select 'Next Page' until you identify the meet of interest
  
  
• Select 'Enter' located to the right of the chosen meet
  
  
• A yellow 'Enter' icon is visible for meets which are open for entries. Hit 'Enter'
  
  
• Read and if you agree to, accept the T&C's of Entry
  
  
• Select 'Proceed' to get to 'Events you qualify for' screen​​​​​​​
  
  
• Choose 'Enter Event' located beneath the chosen event(s) the swimmer will be entered into, select 'Yes'​​​​​​​
  
  
• Select 'Proceed'. Select 'Proceed to Payment'
  
  
• Complete 'Card' details screen. Select 'Continue' to make the payment
  
  
• SecurePay will process your payment and a confirmation screen will appear confirming registration to the event and your card details​​​​​​​

• Log-out

Swim Meet Flyers and Psych Sheets

• Log into Fastlane​​​​​​​
  
  
• Scroll to 'Upcoming Meets'
  
  
• Choose 'View All Events' located below the dates. Scroll down page, select 'Next Page' until you identify the meet of interest
  
  
• Select 'Enter' located to the right of the chosen meet
  
  
• Look for and click on icons such as 'More Detail' , 'Meet Flyer' 

WITHDRAWING FROM A SWIM MEET​​​​​​​

The process to withdrawing from a meet is to directly contact the meet organiser and they complete the withdrawal process on your behalf. This is because Fastlane does not offer automatic refunds

The meet organiser needs to be aware of who has cancelled and who they need to refund

A medical certificate may need to be supplied if withdrawing due to illness
