The camps aim to develop well rounded riders. After completing the four camp progressions riders can walk awaywith a mechanical understanding of bikes and components, teamwork skills, leadership courage, communicationskills, a unique creative perception, in depth knowledge of the sport and more. Riders are taught by a mixture ofpresentations, theory work, team discussions and practical activities specific to each groups’ stage of development.We have developed many techniques over the years to engage riders and we utilise this knowledge when teachingcontent to riders.Where: Around Tauranga.Who: Academy club riders Year 7 to 13.Time of year: Scattered throughout the year.Duration: 3-day camps.Camp progressions: There are four camp progressions.

Registration

In order to register there is a few steps. They are simple but it is important the process is followed. (These documents are located on the center of this page.)

First: Riders must read through the camp Code of Conduct.

Second: Parents/Guardians must read through the Camp Indemnity.

Third: You must find your riders name on the following list which grades riders for the corrcect camp (this is updated a few times each year).

Fourth: Register on the right side of this page.

Fifth: Once you have registered you will recieve information around camp gear lists, deposit and balance due dates, and other camp information from [email protected].
