For ALL players U14, U16 & U18 wanting to play Representative Netball for Netball Waitākere, in 2024 and wanting to improve their fitness, strength, skills and game understanding this programme is a MUST DO!!!

The Academy is a 6 week program with a 1.5 hour on-site session per week building up to the start of the 2024 netball season and to help prepare players who are intending to trial for our representative teams in 2024.

The academy will include a variety of skills and movement sessions with a focus on skill development and fitness.  Facillitators of the Academy will be NW representative age group coaches, with special invited guests.

6 WEEK PROGRAMME

Important Information

The purpose of our Academy is to provide reinforcement of the fundamental skills that all netballers need to be able to perform well at any level. The core skills of footwork, movement, body balance, ball skills and tactical awareness (court sense) will help grow your game and prepare you for the season ahead!

Our team of experienced representative coaches will guide, give coaching and provide positive reinforcement on the core fundamental skills, so you can continue to grow and develop individual skills in the game of netball.

To get a head start on your 2024 season, this Academy is a must do.
