We meet at our club grounds on the corner of Hunter and Speargrass Flat Roads. This is private farm property belonging to Duncan and Jan Robertson. We have the use of this paddock on rally days on these conditions:

NO DOGS, No exceptions
Keep gates shut at all times.
Please take all poo and hay home with you - leave the area around your floats tidy.
Report any damage.
Cross Country Course - Out of Bounds
Grounds are for members only.
Show respect for ground conditions.
Shift arenas and jumps regularly to avoid making tracks in the grass.


2023/2024 Season rally dates
A google form to register will be emailed out to all WPC members a week before each rally. 

Rallies are finished for 2023/2024 season.

Our Pony Club Branch can only function with the help of parent volunteers. This parental support is crucial in ensuring that the effort put into Pony Club by the children and their coaches result in enjoyment and success. 

At Rallies please be ready to help set up, clean up, assist leading younger members, move/reset jumps, or other equipment. The Coaches will need help during the sessions from time to time so please be ready to jump in straight away so our rallies can be run efficiently and on time.  

​​​​​​​Before a ridden rally starts a safety gear check is carried out on every rider, please make yourself familar with these NZPCA Gear Safery Inspection requirements as you may be asked to assist the Coaches with the Gear Safety Inspection at the begining of a rally.   Please note if Mounted Games is part of the rally, all jewellery is to be removed.
