Silent Auction For Levin Members of Kevin Daly's Modelling Items
Bargains to be had. Something for everyone. Silent auction of models, projects, engines and modelling bits and pieces. Also balsa and iron on covering at give away marked prices and some boxes containing free stuff.

Place: Joe and Denise Bradbury's Barn, 8 Waitohu Valley Road, Otaki (Some parking by the barn)
Kevin's wishes were that as many items as possible go to Levin Club members, hence this initial silent auction is for Levin MAC members only. Kevin also wanted all of the proceeds of the sale of his modelling items to go to the Levin Club. So come along and support the club.
Silent Auction Details
On the form provided at the auction on the day, write your best bid for the items you are interested in and give to the organisers Joe Bradbury and Stew Cox (bring a pen please). The bids will be recorded and as soon as possible after 3.00pm which is the end of the auction, the highest bidder for each item will be advised (N.B. the organisers reserve the right not to accept every bid). If still in attendance, payment can be made preferably electronically, or by cash, and once paid for the item(s) taken home. Alternatively, the successful bidders will be contacted by the organisers and arrangements made for pick up.
All items will be sold on an "As Is" basis.
If you are unable to attend on the day, please email your bid on lot numbers of interest to Flierstew@gmail.com by 9.00pm on Saturday 13 June. Please include a phone number in the email. If successful in your bid(s), the organisers will contact you after the auction.
