Our Youth leadership Initiative 

Our club has the term development as part of its name to remind us, we are not just about climbing, we are about developing and growing our Youth.

Like all clubs we have a committee, unlike others however our clubs leadership is dominated by our youth. Out of nine positions 6 are held by young people.

These kids are engaged with the decision making, direction and culture setting of the club. They drive and define our success.

But it doesn't stop there we have youth working on fundraising for our major intitatives, youth developing and leading our inclusion programs such as our disability climbing with Parafed and our Rainbow youth intiatives.

Young people grabbing with both hands the opportunity to lead, to make a difference, and to deliver a youth focussed club.​​​​​​​
