Order of Events for the Evening

1.   Check noticeboard for evening’s programme as this will alternate each week and for any other notices

2.   Go to first event as per programme.

If a track event, please seat children on the outside of the track in age groups. At the completion of the races all children need to go to the desk to have their names recorded for points.

If a field event, please see the person in charge to have child’s name recorded.

3.   Move to next event when the entire group has finished and the person in charge has said to move to the next event.

House-keeping

1. No dogs are allowed on the park during athletics time for safety of the children.
   
2. Numbers/Name tags will be issued upon registration and are required to be worn every week for points to be awarded.
   
3. We are run by a small group of volunteers so if anybody is able to help out on the night with recording/measuring at field events or on the finish line with placings it would be greatly appreciated. Let Casey at the desk or people in charge at the field events know if you can assist.
