Welcome to BHEI site
BHEI is Affiliated to the New Zealand Pony Club Association. BHEI is a subsidiary of Wellington, Pauatahanui, and Hutt Valley Pony Clubs and is primarily run by volunteers from their Branches. It is heavily reliant on each branch contributing labour, not only on the event days, but also at working bees in the preparation for the events.
Each season, BHEI hosts spring and autumn One Day Events (ODEs), a Teams Event ODE, and training days at Battle Hill Regional Park in Pauatahanui.
All events run by BHEi are run under ESNZ Eventing Rules. A copy of the new eventing rules including Annex 5 NZPCA can be found under the "Documents" tab. This includes new rules in Annex 5 regarding gear checking and falls. Riders should familiarise themselves with all rule changes.
