JUST STARTING OUT? THREE FREE HAVE A GOs!

Capital BMX invites new riders to have a go at up to three Club Days for free. This includes the hire of a BMX race bike, a full-face helmet and full-fingered gloves. No  other fancy gear needed – just wear a long-sleeved top, long pants, shoes and socks. Elbow and knee pads are recommended if you have them.
