JUNIOR & YOUTH FUTSAL LEAGUES

Junior Futsal League 

In Terms 1 and 4 Capital Football organise the Junior & Youth Futsal Leagues at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre on Sundays.
The purpose of the leagues is to give players the chance to play Futsal outside of the regular Football season. 
Capital Football provide referees for all games.
With limited spaces available in the 2026 Junior & Youth Futsal Leagues, make sure you prepare your team ahead of time for Term 4!

Registration Information

Capital Football has adopted the 'Sporty' registration system for the 2026 season, onwards. The registration system will open on 1 Janurary, 2026. To be notified when registrations open, please contact saraha@capitalfootball.org.nz

Term 4 2026 | Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, Kilbirnie

Runs for 6 weeks | Sundays | 9:00am - 2:30pm 

DATES | October 18th - November 29th (excluding October 25th)

AGE GROUPS |

Junior

  • Under 9 | Players born in 2018 & 2019
  • Under 11 | Players born in 2016 & 2017
  • Under 13 | Players born in 2014 & 2015

Youth

  • Under 15 | Players born in 2012 & 2013
  • Under 17 | Players born in 2010 & 2011

Cost | $390 per Team

College Futsal Leagues

For Youth players, Capital Football also organise College Futsal Leagues in partnership with College Sport Wellington. These leagues are played after school at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre in Kilbirnie, Walter Nash Centre in Lower Hutt and Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua. Capital Football also organise a College Futsal League for Wairarapa Schools. Games are played at the Masterton Netball Courts on Colombo Road. If you have any more questions about this league please contact: saraha@capitalfootball.org.nz
