Full advert here - 🚨Men's First Team Coach Required
Tawa AFC are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Mens First Team Coach for the 2027 season and beyond.
The successful candidate is expected to hold a minimum OFC/NZ B Licence or international equivalent.
This role requires a proactive leader to foster a positive team culture, engage players, and build a successful team/season in Central League 1, the second tier of the NZ Football pyramid.
Reporting to the Tawa AFC Executive Committee, you will collaborate with assistant coaches, support staff, and players to drive team success to achieve the highest honours available for this level.
This is a paid role. The contract package and remuneration will be agreed with the successful applicant.
Experience
Proven success in high-performance football coaching in New Zealand, and understanding and previous experience of Central League football in Wellington would be preferable.
Leadership
Strong communication and man management skills, capable of inspiring players and collaborating with staff.

Brooklyn Northern United are looking for a coach for our Women’s First Team for the 2027 season. The team will be playing in Capital 1.
We’re looking for someone with coaching experience who can build a good team culture, create a positive environment and help the team develop on the field.
The commitment would be one training session per week, plus Sunday games.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Junior Director of Football to lead the development of junior football, strengthen player and coaching pathways, and help create a positive environment where young players can enjoy the game and reach their potential.
About the Role
The Junior Director of Football will provide football leadership across our junior programme, working closely with the Junior Committee, coaches, players and families.
The role will focus on player development, pathways, coaching support and the ongoing improvement of junior football.
The Junior Director will be supported by the Junior Committee and will not be expected to personally manage every administrative or operational task. The club is committed to sharing the workload so the role can focus on football development.
