Havelock North Wanderers' fight for Ultra Football Central League survival hinges on Sunday's match against Waterside Karori.
Wanderers sit three points behind Karori with four games to go in the desperate relegation battle, meaning a loss at Guthrie Park would be all but terminal for their season.
Karori won the first-round clash between the two sides 4-1 at Karori Park on April 28.
At the other end of the ladder, Napier City Rovers will look to keep Western Suburbs at arm's length when they take on Wellington United at Newtown Park.
Wests sit three points back and host Miramar Rangers at Endeavour Park on Sunday.
The other matches see Stop Out play Wellington Olympic and Lower Hutt City meet Wairarapa United.
With North Wellington wrapping up the Capital Premier title, the focus switches to the bottom of the ladder.
Lower Hutt's reserves are two points adrift and host Wests' reserves on Saturday.
Two points above them are both Kapiti Coast United and Olympic's reserves, who meet at Weka Park on Saturday.
Island Bay United are not totally out of danger, four points above Lower Hutt, so will want to beat Tawa at Wakefield Park to give themselves more of a buffer.
Other matches see North Wellington face Petone and Miramar's reserves square off against Upper Hutt City.
In the W-League, Wellington United will look to continue their march to the title when they play Seatoun, who have impressed winning their last two in a row.
Wairarapa United will look to capitalise on any Wellington slip up when they play Upper Hutt City at Maidstone Park.
Palmerston North Marist and Western Suburbs meet in the final match of the round.
In the Women's Premier League, Waterside Karori continue their quest for the title when they play Brooklyn Northern United at Wakefield Park on Sunday.
Wellington United's reserves will try to keep the pressure on Karori when they meet Petone at Boyd Wilson Park.
Victoria University saw their title chances take a massive hit last weekend with a loss to Karori. They will look to bounce back against Stop Out, while Kapiti Coast United play Island Bay United in the last match of the round.
