  Thank you for volunteering your time &  energy to assist with one of the club's rosters . . . it is very much appreciated :-)
To enter your name on one of the rosters, please click on the buttons on-the-right, to access the online roster sheet.
The roster will open in your internet browser.

For tablet or smartphone users . . .

To use the online rosters with a tablet or smartphone you may need to download the Google Sheets App.   Here are the instructions  . . .

Download the App

  • Open the Roster Sheet from the button at the right of this page
  • A message will appear at the bottom of your screen "Edit with the Sheets app"
  • or Click the pencil icon that appears to the right of the roster title
  • Click the blue box "USE THE APP"
  • The Google Play store opens - click the green INSTALL button
  • The Sheets App will download and install on your device
  • Click the green OPEN button
  • The app opens and should show a thumbnail image of the Roster Sheet
  • Click the image and the sheet fills the screen ready for use

Enter your name on the Sheet

  • Simply touch the timeslot of your choice  - it should highlight with a blue box around it
  • At the bottom of your screen, click the words "Enter text or formula"
  • A keyboard will appear - type your name
  • Click the green tick (above the keyboard and to the right of the text you've typed)
  • Exit the app
  • You're done!

Edit or delete an entry

  • touch the volunteer slot you wish to edit
  • a blue box appears around the slot
  • the text also appears at the bottom of your screen in a text box
  • click to the right of the text
  • a keyboard will appear
  • click the backspace/delete text button until the text is gone
  • click the green tick (to the right of the text box)
  • Exit the app
  • You're done!

Accessing the Roster Sheet thereafter
Once you've downloaded the app, the next time you want to access the Roster Sheet, simply open the Google Sheets App on your device and click the Thumbnail image for that sheet.  Enter or edit your name as per instructions above.

If you access the sheet via the link on this page, you just need to click the blue box "USE THE APP" or the Pencil Icon, and the sheet opens ready for use.
