We are seeking an experienced  teacher to fill our SENCo position, to join our kura from Term 3 2026, to meet identified learning support needs. Catholic Cathedral College is a special character, co-educational College with over 580 students, situated in central Christchurch.    Staff are expected to recognise and respect the school's Catholic special character and be actively involved in the total life of the school, in a manner which respects the religious instruction given and religious observances practiced within the school. We are a successful and progressive school, culturally diverse and whānau-focused.  Our goal is to ensure a high-quality Catholic education is available for all, regardless of race, gender, identity, economic or cultural background.    We follow the charisms of both Marcellin Champagnat and the Mission Sisters.   We recognise the unique position of Māori as tangata whenua and ensure our policy statements and actions promote the intentions of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
