Short term:
All coaches have done community level 1 or level 2 coaching
Apply for trust funds to create a ‘free’ Academy
Create a competition that’s in line with the whole of football plan of NZ football.
Medium Term:
All clubs to run all ages and both boys and girls reps
15 qualified referee’s
10 coaches with a C license (including assessment) at our 4 clubs
2 Academy coaches with a B license
Aiming to have added 400-500 players to our total numbers
Long Term:
Have 2000 members between the four local clubs
To provide footballing opportunities 11 months a year
