Rail East Club are based at the Drayton range, which is a 25 yard, 20 mound indoor facility and caters for smallbore (.22) rimfire rifles, They offer both prone and benchrest.

It also features a well appointed clubrooms with a full kitchen.

The experienced and friendly members at Rail East welcome anyone from secondary school age, who are wanting to try the sport or improve their shooting. Casual shooters or potential new members can go along every Monday from 7pm during the winter season. The cost for a casual shooter is $20 for a 13 shot card.  All the equipment needed is provided - a rifle, ammunition, targets, safety briefing and coaching. No prior experience or license is needed.
