Checkers Basketball Club Inc entered the following teams in 2026 winter club competition (for weekend grades):-

Mens / Womens Premiers
Mens Under 23s 
Mens Under 20s (Club teams and associate teams with St Bedes College, Papanui High School, St Andrew's College and Burnside High School)
Mens First Division 
Girls Under 16s
Boys / Girls Under 13s
​​​​​​​Womens French Cup (TBC)

All of these grades play full length games (stop clock) and require full bench personnel (time clock, scoresheet, 24 sec operator and subs/timeouts operator).

The CBA provide 2 x referees for these matches, however, teams must be made aware that if there is a shortage of referees, then bench personnel are expected to referee.
