MEMBERSHIP

The Central North Island Turf Managers Association (CNITMA) welcomes staff from many organisations including golf clubs, Council sports grounds, racetracks, croquet and bowls clubs, turf production and businesses  providing products or services to the turf industry (trade members).

The benefits of joining the CNITMA include:

  • Attendance at CNITMA field days and meetings held throughout the year​​​​​​​
    • Networking opportunities – connect with superintendents, assistants, and suppliers across the region
    • Demonstrations of new equipment and technology by trade members
    • Presentations on best practice and emerging trends
  • Access to practical professional development including small group training sessions organised for members on demand e.g. First Aid, Chainsaws, GrowSafe
  • Development of career pathways
  • Ongoing learning and development of skills
  • Collective knowledge and problem solving – especially beneficial for those working for small organisations with few or no other grounds staff.
  • Raising standards & industry voice, helping strengthen the professionalism of the industry
  • Ability for apprentices to apply for the Turf Apprentice Scholarship.

To join, fill in the form and make payment. You can add all the members from your organisation. If you require a receipt, or have any questions, email cnitma.


TRADE MEMBERS: please email cnitma@gmail.com for information.


Please pay by July 31st otherwise a fee of $40 per field day will apply. ​​​​​​​
