Mediation, Facilitation and Arbitration
With nearly 30 years experience in resolving employment disputes, including 14 years as a Member of the Employment Relations Authority, Vicki brings a significant amount of knowledge and skill to her work in assisting clients to resolve their employment relationship problems.
Vicki has received specialist training in facilitating interest based problem solving and affinity bargaining from the United States Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service which has reinforced her knowledge and skills.
With a background in investigating and determining employment realtionship problems Vicki has the skills necessary to arbitrate employment disputes between parties by establishing the facts and making a written award according to the merits.
