With over 14 years experience as a Member of the Employment Relations Authority conducting investigations into employment relationship problems I am well placed to undertake independent and impartial investigations into workplace complaints.
Sexual harassment and bullying complaints can be difficult issues to navigate and often need a level of independence not available internally.
I am a Certificate Holder and member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
