We use the Registration Form to collect personal information about you for the purposes of:

• registering you to play netball with Feilding Saturday Morning Netball; and

• the general administration of the game of netball (including communications regarding competitions, statistical analysis, research and funding).

Your personal information may be disclosed to your school or club for the purposes listed above, or in direct connection with the purposes listed above.  Your personal information may also be provided (in whole or part) to third parties in furtherance of the purposes stated above. You have rights to access and correct personal information held about you, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Please contact us if you have any questions.

By completing this form, and by providing true and accurate information, you are consenting to become a member of your school/club, and Feilding Saturday Morning Netball, to the extent applicable. You agree to abide by the Rules and the Code of Conduct of these organisations, as published on their websites from time to time.

In completing this form you confirm that the above details are correct. You also consent to the details provided being collected and retained by Feilding Saturday Monring Netball.

Feidling Saturday Monring Netball often take photos and may use your image and/or your name when celebrating any/all achievments online, including on Facebook - feel free to contact us should you not consent to your image and/or name being published in this way.
