FSMN 2026 Competition Information

The 2026 FSMN Compeition will begin on 2 May 2026. Registration is done through your School or Club who will enter the teams.

There will be three weeks of grading games. Each team will play two games per week. Grading games are two halves of ten minutes each half.

The Round Robin compeition begins on Saturday 23 May and runs for 10 weekends, with exceptions for King's BIrthday weekend and the middle and last Saturday of the School holidays. Check out our Calander tab at the top of this page for exact dates.

The Compeition is split into two Rounds: after the conclusion of Round One, teams may be regraded.

FSMN play 7-a-side netball from Year 3. The Junior Grade competition is decided on points (if there is a regrade after Round One, only the points from Round Two are counted), while the Senior Grade is determined through a Finals round. For more details, check out the Competition Rules.

The Junior Grade is school Year 3 & Year 4 while the Senior Grade is school Year 5 & 6.

Player, Spectator & Coach Code of Conduct

Umpires

Umpires are provided and managed by the Schools and Clubs. Each team is expected to provide an umpire, who is not a coach of that team.
