 NOVEMBER 2020!!

A WaterHABIT class consists of 45 minutes exercising in the water while moving to upbeat music. 

Aqua aerobics is a great exercise for resistance training, as the natural density of the water makes your muscles work harder.  

The lower gravity level also keeps stiffness and soreness away from the usual exercising on hard ground.

These classes cover many levels of fitness as can be altered to make the resistance harder as you get fitter and stronger.
