SwingJAM

SwingJAM is a low-impact workout designed for people getting back into exercise, and older people wanting to avoid jumping and ground level work.  This works on coordination, flexibility and strengthening leg and arm muscles which are essential for doing daily chores.  Fitness and strength levels improve on attending these classes, with a range of options available within the workouts.

SwingJAM classes also involve balancing exercises, leg strengthening exercises, and hula hooping is the latest edition!

It is endorsed through the Live Stronger for Longer initiative, meeting the standards to be an approved exercise provider.
