Attendance 15 .. a great improvement and good to see
Apologies........3
As it was a do-it-yourself meeting everyone was busy doing different subjects and it was interesting to walk around and see what people were doing with pastels, water colours, and sketching ideas for a painting. The atmosphere was very friendly and we all enjoyed what we were doing. So much so, some of us did not stop long for lunch. and did not bother going to the local bakery.
There were a good number of finished paintings put on show, which was good to see. A very interesting dog with his mouth open and tongue hanging out either panting or showing off his teeth. two finished ones from our last month's attempts at painting a sheep skull. It was good to see the increase of paintings and how good they are. Keep it up.
If anyone has a request on a subject for next month, please let either Eileen or myself know.
Keep warm - from Margaret
*** A REMINDER, that Ian's group - (into everything except oils), will be held on the mezzanine floor at the warm and cosy Hastings Library at 1pm this Thursday 20th August.
- Photos from Eileen who is now awaiting medical results. Extra good luck Eileen...
