CELEBRATING 25 YEARS

"2018 marked the 25th year that the club had been in existence. An exhibition was held to chart the clubs progress from its very humble beginnings in 1992 through to today. The exhibition reflected the stories that have contributed to the rich history of the club. For those that visited, we hoped they left with a real sense of who we, Hawaikinui Tuarua Waka Ama, are and perhaps were excited enough by what you saw to have considered joining the club and being part of the evolving story of Hawaikinui Tuarua Waka Ama through the next 25 years." To celebrate 25 years we asked past and present members to share some of their stories and memories over the years. We hope you enjoy them, as much as we have.

Team Memories;

Pacific Ring, Pakalolo, Golden Master Women,1993-1996 Inty's, TJ Blac, Don't Touch My Food, Tu Malosi, Tama Toa

The club however had lean years, as all club's do, but a hardy few stuck it out through The Lean Years.

Hawaikinui also got involded and held Festivals, and even comepted in a Dragon Boating event!! Many meomries over the years, and we hope to continue with many more.
