Prize Giving Events - Junior/Youth & Senior


PRIZE GIVING  - Saturday 7th September 2019

First Kicks/Fun Football, Juniors & Youths

Te Hapua (Halswell Centre) - Mohoao Room

 

Please bring a plate of food to share prior to your prize giving start time.

Prize Giving will be held in the Mohoao Lounge & the food outside immediately after prize giving, under the gazebos on the field near the facility.

Note: We will be unable to do the shared food if it is raining on the day.

Schedule for the Day

  • 10.45am-11.45am – Help required to collect gear from Clubrooms, set up gazebos and food area.
  • 11.45am – Access to the facility to set up the room (helpers required)
  • 12.00pm-12.45am - Fun Football (7th/8th Grades) Prize Giving
  • 12.50pm-1.35pm - First Kicks (5th/6th Grades) Prize Giving
  • 1.45pm-2.30pm - 9th/10th Grades Prize Giving
  • 2.40pm-3.10pm - 11th/12th Grades Prize Giving
  • 3.15pm-3.45pm – Girls Grades (U10, 12, 14 & U18) Prize Giving
  • 4.00pm-4.30pm – 13th/14th Grades Prize Giving
  • 4.45pm-5.15pm – 15th – U19 Grades Prize Giving
  • 5.15pm-6.00pm - clean up and leave (helpers required for this)

 

YOUR HELP is required throughout the afternoon. It would be most useful if you could help tidy the food area after your child’s session and help to set up for the next session. This should only take 15mins, if there are lots of helpers!

If you have some extra time on your hands, we would hugely appreciate the help to set up for the day (from 11am) and tidy up at the end of the day (at 5.15pm).

COST: $40 per Ticket

 

You can purchase tickets from Sam Bunn (gm@halswellunitedfc.co.nz), at the Bar or talk with your Coach/Manager

NOTE: The tickets are limited and there will be NO door sales!

Tickets will not be issued without payment.
